Mini World in a Book Mini Camp
for ages 6–12
Themes: Worldbuilding/story development, upcycling/recycling, paper sculpting, scale, and forced perspective.
Books have the incredible power to transport us to faraway lands and imaginary realms. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll take that journey one step further by creating a vignette within the pages of books! Using recycled and upcycled materials, participants will design and build a tiny, three-dimensional world inspired by their favorite stories or their imagination.
All materials included.
Instructor: Casey Norman and Djamila Jean-Charles
