Charitable donations and membership dues, within limits prescribed by law, are 100% tax-deductible and as such, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures is a nonprofit 501(c). Proceeds from all ticket sales support operations and programs at the museum. Tickets and registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. If the museum cancels an event, a full refund will be issued in the same manner as payment was made.

Refunds for unopened and non-damaged merchandise purchased in the Museum store may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase; you must have the original receipt for a refund.
