At the heart of museum programs is the art of miniature making, where students explore creativity through the lens of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). Hands-on learning is encouraged, using recycled and upcycled materials to bring projects to life, fostering both environmental awareness and creative problem-solving skills.
Tiny Tales for Tots
In partnership with More to the Story Entertainment, this beloved program is monthly at the museum.
This program is designed for pre-school aged children and features a costumed character presenting a theme that relates to a miniature in the museum's collection. Themes are explored through story and song.
Classes & Camps
Classes & Camps are a great way to start making your very own miniatures
Youth classes and camps cater to ages 6-14, with specific age groupings depending on the session. For Rodeo Break, classes are designed for ages 6-12, while our Summer Camp is tailored for ages 8-14. Each class or camp is capped at 15-18 students to ensure personalized attention and a supportive environment.
