Southwest Animals Motorcycle Gang
Decorated in a southwestern holiday style during a Wee Winter Wonderland as part of Holidays Around the World and Through Time.
These wild-west desert critters donning Santa hats as they travel through the high and low desert bring cheer to the folks they meet along the way. Down the desert highway they see the soft glow of luminarias shining from distant rooftops; the lights guiding them to a quaint desert town. A light coat of snow has fallen adding some winter atmosphere to the scene and encourages the gang to stop at the Javelina Cantina to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate spiked with chili and some warm holiday tamales. In the desert holiday décor has its own style; shops and homes may be decked with colored lights dressed in red chili shaped light covers. Red chili ristras and wreaths often replace traditional fir and holly, and though you will still encounter traditional holiday lights, they may be strung around cactus as well as doorways.
